Thermador Home Appliance Repair provides appliance repair and maintenance services for Thermador brand appliances. Services are provided subject to availability in your area. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
3. Appointments & Scheduling
Appointment times are estimated and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are provided as estimates prior to service. A diagnostic fee may apply and will be disclosed before any work begins. Final pricing is confirmed after the technician diagnoses the issue. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
5. Warranty
We provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor for completed repairs under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period by contacting us directly.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thermador Home Appliance Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure safe access to the appliance being serviced. You agree to provide accurate information regarding the appliance model and the nature of the problem. Customers are responsible for securing pets and ensuring a safe working environment for our technicians.
